I did a set of 4 door panels and B pillars on a Mercedes 300sd. I remove the existing material and replaced it with Alcantera. The shop I bought the material from was a "West Cost Customs" like shop here in the east. They had some amazing cars and had nothing nice to say about "Unique Autosport". The interior guy and I chatted and told me none of the 3M products will last. He suggest that they droop from heat. I used a high temp adhesive from JC Whitney. My work made it through a hot summer with no sagging. There are many adhesives that will work but make sure the one you choose is high heat resistant.
